As an Airbnb Host, our responsibilities are many: attracting guests, setting pricing, communicating with guests, maintaining our property in tip-top shape. One thing that I decided early on was to try and automate as much as I possibly could. So having a restock supply list to work from was essential.
In this post I’ll share the products I personally love to use, how I manage our supply inventory, and finally, my full Airbnb supply list that you can print and use for your Airbnb!

Best Airbnb Supplies to Always Have Stocked:
It can take a while to land on the exact products that you will like for stocking your Airbnb. Here are the top most important items to get right and the products that I personally use and love.
1. Bulk Shampoo, Conditioner & Body Wash
Especially if you’ve got a large property or more than one bathroom, you’ll want to buy shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in bulk. The best way I’ve found to do this is to buy large liquid refills of everything, and pair them with a set of refillable dispenser bottles.
2. Great Shampoo Dispensers
Finding a shampoo dispenser that works for you is essential. There are mountable dispensers that you can put right in your shower. Or, if you’re like me and wanted something cute and less industrial looking, you’ll love these bottles from Amazon.
I love that these shampoo bottles are dark so you can’t see the liquid inside. They also come with really cute labels so you don’t have to worry about that separately.
3. Bulk Coffee & Fixings
If you’ve got a vacation rental and or higher end Airbnb, you might like to provide local coffee and even fresh cream for a really special touch for your guests. My Airbnbs are mid-scale in the city, and at my price-point, it makes more sense to offer something quality but economical, so for me that means K-Cups. Here are the ones I like to order from Amazon.
4. Extra Shower Liners
If you’ve got showers with standard shower curtains vs. shower doors, shower liners are something you’ll want to keep in bulk at your property. Make sure your cleaner/housekeeper knows the standard of what a shower curtain should look like at all times. I like to provide photos showing what condition could use spot cleaning and what condition needs to be washed or replaced.
5. Paper Products
Now you may decide to shop around and find the best price for bulk paper products and purchase those on a regular basis. But if you’re a millennial like me (or just like to skip going to the store whenever possible), you order on Amazon.
I was skeptical about the Amazon Essentials toilet paper and paper towels, but decided to give it a try. The price point is great, and the convenience of getting them delivered to your property or directly to your housekeeper is priceless!
6. Batteries
Think about where in your property there are electronics that will need replacement batteries at any given point. Door lock keypads, smoke detectors, remotes, etc. Keep the appropriate batteries for each of these items on site and somewhere your guests can access them if something decides to go during the middle of their stay.

7. Lint Rollers
Now this restock item is something I recommend not just for guest use, but for us hosts as well- plus it’s essential to stock your cleaner with them too! These are the key to leaving not a spec, or dare I say the unmentionable, *hair,* behind.

Keeping Your Airbnb Supply Closet Organized
If you don’t have a solution for storing and organizing your Airbnb supplies, you’ll find yourself and your cleaner feeling frustrated each time you visit your property. I find particularly when it comes to linens, you’ll need a great labeling system for what’s what. I love these storage cubes because you can easily label and organize your sheets, especially if you have several different sized beds.
If you don’t have a linen or supply closet at your property, think about adding an inexpensive storage cabinet. There are some really cute and functional ones out there. Here’s a storage cabinet I’ve used at one of my properties that can provide great extra storage .
If you’ve got a really tiny space, you might need to get creative with your supplies and store them elsewhere at your property, like in a garage or shed. But make sure your supplies are stored up tight in pest-proof bins. Or you can get a storage solution that fits in a bedroom closet, but that you can lock off from guests being able to access it. This Husky tote has worked great in one of my Airbnb studio apartments.
